I show your pictures (snakes and spiders) to my children.
they love my son more than 8 years old my question is very interresting.
He wanted to know if your specimen was venimous.
how did you manage to handle them.

With specimen over 2 metres though you still have to be careful, for you'll never be able to measure up to their strength.
All tarantulas are venomous, though there is a difference between "old world spiders" and "new world spiders". The first ones come from Asia and Africa and have only one defence mechanism, their venom.
New world spiders are from S-America and have urticating hairs as primary defense mechanism, so their venom is less strong.
I only keep those new world spiders.
I usually do not handle them, only the Brachypelmas when needed for maintenanace on their tank.
The stirmis have very nasty urticating hairs and are very defensive, so not meant for handling. Even though their venom is not that strong, the damage they can do with fangs of 2cm is not to be underestimated...
Besides, I'm an arachnofobic, so handling spiders that could fit over my face is something I'm not even going to try
The scorps are not that venomous either, but I handle them only by grabbing the tail with a clamp, so the stinger stays away from my hands.
In general, arachnids are not species taht should be handled unless absolutely necessary. It brings a lot of stress top them (and the keepers).

I look at the scorpions and spiders and wanted to know.
if there was a regulation in order to maintain I would still have a tendency to prefer the scorpions .

In france, we needs somes autorisations for keep scorpion, tarantulas or other venomous animals(also for protected species, big animals, difficult breeding animals...).
These autorisations are quite difficult to obtain for dangerous animals.

For there are definately more accidents with dogs, then with snakes or spiders...
The S-American species are not very venomous, for example if you would be bitten by a Brachypelma species, you could compare the effect of the poison with a wasp sting.
Same with keeping large constrictors. Being non-venomous but being able to strangle a man, is considered "dangerous" by some, but I have never heard of any serious accidents except some models who were stupid enough to want a picture with one around their neck...
Statistically, chances of being seriously injured by a dog are way higher.
It's different for Old World Spiders though. None of them are lethal, but a bite can cause weeks of pains and muscle tensions... and for scorpions, there are some potential lethal species like Leiurus quinquestriatus (deathstalkers).
I can imagine there are quite different regulations for those, just like venomous snakes...
Does France make a difference in these species ?

General rule of thumb for spiders - S-American spiders are not very venomous, African and Asian are more venomous.
General rule of thumb for scorpions - the smaller the chelicera (claws), the more potent the venom.

Toutes les mygales sont venimeuse comme dit précédemment mais seulement quelques araignées le sont.
Ensuite pour en avoir adresse toi à des éleveurs (si possible près de chez toi vue le froid)
